Global Partners is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department, including personnel management, to meet merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, set goals, and ensure communication with management
• Hire, onboard, and coach team members
• Schedule staff shifts
• Provide product information and sampling to guests
• Take and fulfill guest orders, ensuring satisfaction
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels
• Oversee food preparation and merchandising
• Rotate products for quality and safety
• Receive and audit merchandise, manage inventory
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Process transactions and handle cash register operations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
