Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department, including personnel management, to meet merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, meet goals, and coordinate with store management
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members

• Assist guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction
• Follow food safety and sanitation policies
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels
• Oversee food preparation and merchandising
• Rotate products, ensure quality and safety
• Handle inventory and paperwork accurately
• Process transactions and manage pricing signage
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
