Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation seeks a Food Service Manager to maximize in-store Food Service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain safety and quality standards across Made to Order, Bakery, and beverage areas.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with Nouria safety policies while coaching staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Strong customer service management background with problem solving.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service Areas including Made to Order, Bakery, and beverages.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop staff; recruit and retain qualified employees.
• Manage inventory and control costs; monitor waste.
• Enforce safety, quality standards and procedures.
• Coach staff to achieve high performance in food service.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Other store tasks as assigned by Store Manager.
