Nouria Energy Corporation in Fryeburg, ME seeks a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize in-store food service sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain safety and quality standards while leading a high-performing team.

You will oversee Made to Order, bakery, and beverage areas, manage inventory, train staff, enforce procedures, and promote customer service excellence. Starting rate is $19.00/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and time off.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift lead or supervisor in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem solving.
• Proficient knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, beverages).
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure best customer experience.
• Organize and supervise shifts; train new and current employees.
