The Kitchen Manager will oversee Made-to-Order Food, Nouria Kitchen programs, and related programs, ensuring proper execution, high-quality presentation, and consistent food safety practices while maintaining a positive

Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Experience in high-volume commercial kitchen, restaurant, or comparable foodservice environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, food cost, waste, and production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation and execution of all foodservice areas.
• Train, coach, and develop foodservice team members.
• Ensure recipes, specifications, portion standards, and quality expectations are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Drive foodservice sales through promotions, merchandising, and guest engagement.
• Manage inventory, ordering, counts, and audits to control costs and waste.
