Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is hiring a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize in-store Food Service sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage inventory. You will lead a high-performing team, uphold safety standards, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires experience in food service leadership, strong people skills, and a focus on quality service. Starting rate is $19.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience, with track record for problem solving.
• Proficient knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Computer literate and comfortable with POS systems.
• Strong motivational and people skills, with ability to train staff.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Management and Development
• Operate daily Food Service Areas: Made to Order, Bakery, Coffee, beverage stations
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, and cleaning products
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices
• Enforce company procedures and safety protocols
• Provide best customer experience and greet customers with a smile
• Suggest purchases and promote specials
• Oversee Nouria’s customer service program at the site
• Ensure safety policies are followed and environment is clean
