You will oversee Made to Order Food, Bakery, and beverage service, manage shifts, and ensure safety standards while driving inventory control and sales.

The ideal candidate has shift supervisory experience in food service, strong people skills, and a track record of solving customer issues.

Qualifikationen

• Food service supervision and safety duties.

• Proficient knowledge of food & beverages.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Experience with coffee equipment is a plus.

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service Areas, including Made to Order Food, Bakery, and beverages.
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Organize and supervise shifts and staffing needs.
• Order and maintain inventory levels for goods and supplies.
• Train staff on customer service best practices.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and promote specials.
• Ensure safety policies and environmental regulations are followed.
