Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the store's foodservice operations and drive sales while upholding Nouria standards for quality, safety, and service. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure accurate prep, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on kitchen supervision, and a focus on profitability, inventory control, and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
• Previous high-volume commercial kitchen, restaurant, convenience foodservice, or comparable food and beverage experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and people-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and execution of all foodservice areas, including Made-to-Order Food, Commissary/Grab & Go, Bakery, Coffee, and more.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop foodservice team members.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and compliance with Nouria policies and procedures.
• Drive foodservice sales, manage inventory, and control costs with accurate production planning.
