The role emphasizes inventory control, safety compliance, and building a high-performing team while upholding Nouria's standards across our New England locations. Strong leadership and ServSafe credentials are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification.
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager, with proven track records for problem solving.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, beverages) and ensure service quality.
• Deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction and respond to issues promptly.
• Enforce food safety standards, manage costs, inventory, and staff performance; recruit and train as needed.
