Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager in Maine to maximize Food Service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold quality and safety standards across the store. This role requires leading a high-performing team, managing inventory, and enforcing Nouria’s service program at the site level.

Starting at $17.00 per hour, this full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification a plus
• Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service
• Proven customer service experience with track record for problem solving
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge
• Working knowledge of coffee equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, beverages) and drive service standards.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately; organize and supervise shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, kitchen utensils and cleaning products; train staff on service practices.
• Enforce company procedures and safety protocols; ensure a safe store environment.
