Qualifications

• ServSafe certification a plus.
• 3 years' experience as a food service assistant manager or similar role.
• Proven customer service experience with problem solving.

• Computer literate and able to use basic software.
• Strong motivational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, Beverages).
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Organize and supervise shifts; manage inventory and supplies.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Enforce all procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and promote specials.
