Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize in-store Food Service sales, deliver excellent customer service, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead a high-performing team.

You will oversee Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Beverage areas, manage shifts, control inventory, train staff, and enforce procedures while promoting a welcoming, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Shift lead or supervisor experience in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem solving.
• Proficient in food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Dispensed Beverage) including self-service, full-service, and drive up.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Maintain proper inventory levels for goods, supplies, utensils and cleaning products.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Enforce all company procedures and protocols.
