Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize Food Service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will lead a high performing team across Made to Order Food, Bakery, and beverage service, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience, with track record for problem solving.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Food Service Areas including Made to Order Food, Commissary Food, Bakery, and Beverage service.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Train new and current employees on customer service best practices.
• Enforce all company procedures and protocols.
