Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in Milford, MA seeks a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize food service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold safety and quality standards while building a high-performing team.

You will oversee Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and beverages, train staff, manage inventory, enforce procedures, and promote Nouria’s service program at the site. Starting rate is $19.00 with a $500 sign-on bonus; medical, dental, vision and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• 3 years’ experience as a food service assistant manager.
• Proven customer service experience with problem-solving.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service Areas, including coffee, bakery, and beverages.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize and supervise shifts; train new staff.
• Maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Enforce all company procedures and safety protocols.
• Promote Nouria’s customer service program at the site.
