Qualifications

• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem-solving.
• Proficient knowledge of food and beverages.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivation and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service Areas including Made to Order and beverage stations.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and supervise shifts.
• Train and develop staff on service standards and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure safety compliance.
• Promote Nouria’s customer service program at site level.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and attractive presentation.
