C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient production lines, package产品 according to specifications, and rotate tasks across packaging lines.

You will operate packaging equipment, document production using the ERP system, and ensure safety standards are met throughout shifts. The role requires physical stamina, reliable attendance, and the ability to work weekends or extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years operating food manufacturing machinery or similar.
• 1–2 years following SOPs, recipes, or specifications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production lines and packaging per specs.
• Rotate lines and assist co-workers or clean during downtime.
• Enter data into ERP/Machine Log and track production pathways.
