Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Boise, ID is seeking a Packer to keep production lines running efficiently, following product specifications and packaging requirements.

You will rotate through manual packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing tasks, and operate pallet jacks to move finished goods and raw materials. You will enter data into the ERP system, review product specs, monitor weight and quality, and uphold SQF/GMP/HACCP safety standards throughout shifts while collaborating with team

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOP’s, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and ensure packaging per specifications.
• Rotate through packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing tasks.
• Enter data into ERP system and machine logs.
• Adhere to SQF, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
• Communicate with leaders about product issues.
