Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Boise, ID seeks a Production Operator to help ensure safe, efficient food manufacturing. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, monitor processes, and maintain sanitation in the production area.

You will follow SOPs and GMPs, perform quality checks, support safety programs, record production data in Redzone, and cooperate with the team to meet schedules. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational培训 or cert in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment) per specs.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain flow.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area and equipment.
• Record production data in the reporting system and assist with inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians and quality control staff.
