Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking an experienced Food Outlet Supervisor in Concord, NC to lead daily restaurant operations, manage POS transactions, and support the food and beverage team while delivering guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in a food service leadership position, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Micros POS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum 1 year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills.
• Basic math skills as they apply to cash handling.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food outlet operations to meet lodge standards and complete daily tasks.
• Assist with restaurant operations including POS transactions, expediting, re-stocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure outlets are sanitized, stocked, and set up per sanitation and safety policies.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to manage staff scheduling, labor forecasting, and payroll processes.
• Participate in recruitment and selection for F&B staff.
• Develop action plans to improve guest service and Pack Member engagement (NPS/eNPS).
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and physical operation quality; troubleshoot as needed.
