Great Wolf seeks a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet and lodge operations, driving guest satisfaction and profitability. You will coach staff, manage POS transactions, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

Strong leadership and guest-service focus are essential for this role. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in food-service leadership, proficiency with POS systems, and an Associates degree or higher in hospitality.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing POS technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution and team-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily food outlet operations and uphold lodge standards.
• Manage POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and HACCP compliance throughout shifts.
• Coach and recognize Pack Members regularly.
• Schedule staff, manage labor, and monitor payroll and timekeeping.
• Lead stand-up meetings and provide real-time feedback to staff.
• Participate in recruitment and develop action plans with F&B leadership.
• Maintain inventory, equipment operation, and event catering coordination.
