Great Wolf is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations and staff, schedule employees, and assist with daily restaurant functions in Concord, NC. The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The position requires at least 1 year of leadership in food service, POS experience, and strong math and scheduling capabilities. Competitive benefits accompany the pay rate of $24.75 per hour.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a food service team lead or leadership role.
• 1+ year using Point of Sale (POS) technology.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Must be flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Provide administrative support for front-of-house operations including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, receiving, and personnel matters.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure quality service and resolve concerns.
• Assist with POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, stocking, and setup for opening and during shifts.
• Communicate with Supervisors across shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify Out of Order equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Support management in staff performance matters.
