Great Wolf is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations and staff, schedule employees, and assist with front-of-house duties. You will coordinate staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality hospitality for guests.

The role requires 1+ year leadership in a food service environment, POS experience, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A criminal background check and drug screen are required, with pay noted at $22.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a food service team lead or leadership role.
• 1+ year experience with POS systems.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Must be flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant operations and personnel to ensure efficient service.
• Schedule employees and provide administrative support for FOH operations.
• Coordinate with staff and management to resolve guest concerns and ensure quality service.
• Assist with POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, stocking, and proper setup of restaurants.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant(s).
• Identify out-of-order equipment and escalate for repair.
• Support management in staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with coordination of birthday parties.
