Job summary

Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and our guest experience. You will lead Front of House teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure top-notch service across shifts.

You will also manage scheduling, training, hiring, and daily coaching to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards while controlling liquor costs and enforcing responsible service policies.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours, weekly schedules, and tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and incentives
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures
