Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee Front of House daily operations and lead all FOH employees while delivering Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests.

The role includes driving sales, ensuring policy compliance, providing FOH training, managing staff performance, liquor management, and maintaining safe food handling practices as part of a fun, growth‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending FOH hires
• Directing work for employees by setting hours, schedules and assigning tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals, with contests and incentives
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
