Job summary

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and lead the FOH team to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

You will drive guest satisfaction, training, scheduling, and ensure compliance with liquor laws, safety, and company policies while building a fun, safe work environment and coaching the team for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Front of House operations.
• Ability to supervise training and performance.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety; enforce employment policies.
• Provide Front of House training and coaching.
• Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key FOH employees and conduct one-on-one feedback.
• Review applications, interview, and hire FOH staff.
• Direct work, set hours, schedules, and assign tasks.
• Create a fun, safe environment and run staff incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures.
