Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee Front of House daily operations and staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

Responsibilities include driving sales, enforcing safety and policy compliance, directing training, managing liquor orders and costs, and hiring front-of-house personnel while ensuring a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Overseeing Front of House training and performance evaluations
• Managing liquor orders and liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees and providing feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours, schedules, and tasks
