Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Experience directing front and back of house operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview and hire hourly staff or make recommendations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct and schedule FOH and BOH training.
• Oversee food production and preparation per recipes and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security of staff and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
