Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and lead Front of House staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This role sits within the Bubba’s 33 / Texas Roadhouse family and focuses on guest satisfaction and sales while upholding safety and cleanliness.

You’ll manage scheduling, training, evaluations, liquor costs, and policy compliance, ensuring a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance, evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH employees through feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring FOH staff
• Directing work, scheduling and task assignments during open hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
