Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You will drive sales, uphold safety, train employees, coach performance, and manage liquor costs while enforcing policies and supporting career growth. A dynamic, team-focused environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Lead Front of House training and development of staff.
• Evaluate and coach performance; conduct reviews and discipline if needed.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs; ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and task assignment for FOH staff.
• Provide daily feedback during one-on-ones and develop key employees.
