Job summary

Bubba’s 33 in Murfreesboro, TN, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House staff. The role focuses on Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests, while driving sales and ensuring safety and compliance.

As Service Manager, you will train staff, schedule, manage liquor orders, and participate in hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance and conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Direct staffing: hiring, scheduling, and daily task delegation.
• Ensure liquor laws and safety guidelines are followed.
• Develop and mentor key staff and managers through feedback.
• Review applications and participate in hiring decisions.
