Bubba's 33 is seeking a Service Manager to oversee Front of House daily operations, lead FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. The role focuses on driving sales, guest satisfaction, staff training, scheduling, and compliance with safety and liquor guidelines.

This full-time position offers a $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annual salary, a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Formación

• Front of House management experience
• Ability to lead FOH team and conduct evaluations
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service
• Strong customer service focus and guest satisfaction
• Experience with scheduling and staff development

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
• Provide Front of House training and coaching
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Oversee liquor orders and cost control
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Mentor key FOH staff and conduct development discussions
• Review applications, interview, and hire FOH employees
• Schedule staff and assign tasks during restaurant hours
• Create a positive, safe work environment aligned with core values
