Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house team and management, maintaining restaurant standards and ensuring effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a 'whatever it takes' attitude to help the team and Guests achieve daily quality.

Under direct supervision, duties include upholding employment quality standards, conducting pre-opening checks, reviewing staffing, coaching staff, and participating in events and financial activities to deliver a

Competenze

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Leadership experience in food-service environments.

Mansioni

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
