Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a front-of-house leader who will support the team and management in delivering high standards of service. The role emphasizes coaching staff, conducting pre-opening checks, and maintaining guest satisfaction while balancing kitchen and dining room operations.

The candidate should have leadership experience in the restaurant industry, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be certified in all front-of-house functions.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Previously held positions of leadership

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
