Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house teams under direct supervision. This role emphasizes leadership, guest care, and maintaining restaurant standards to deliver a consistent, AUSS-SOME dining experience.

The ideal candidate will uphold Bloomin' Brands policies, conduct pre-opening checks, lead pre-shift meetings, and coach staff while balancing front- and back-of-house needs. Experience in restaurant leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
