Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a front-of-house leader to uphold service and quality standards. The role supports restaurant operations, coaches staff, and ensures guest satisfaction during daily service.

Responsibilities include pre-opening checks, staffing coordination, and participation in events, marketing, and financial activities. A valid US work authorization is required, with prior restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
