Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house and management, ensuring standards, guest and team experiences, and effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a “whatever it takes” attitude.

Responsibilities include pre-opening quality checks, staffing oversight, coaching, and involvement in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities. Minimum requirements include FOH certification and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
