Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key Position in the front-of-house operations to support management and team members in delivering an AUSS-SOME Guest experience. The role focuses on upholding service standards, leading pre-shift meetings, and coaching staff to meet daily quality objectives.

The position requires leadership, a “whatever it takes” attitude, and the ability to coordinate with management, team members, and Guests for consistent service and food quality.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
