Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house teams, uphold quality, and deliver a memorable Guest experience. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining service standards and collaborating with management to ensure smooth operations.

Under direct supervision, you will mentor staff, lead pre-shift meetings, and help balance front- and back-of-house activities while ensuring consistent quality and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
