Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include certification in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Uphold employment quality standards per Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness for service
• Review staffing and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
