Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a proactive Key position to support front-of-house teams and management. You will help maintain service standards, assist in daily operations, and foster positive Guest experiences to deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to Bloomin' Brands policies. Prior restaurant leadership experience is valued, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
