Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Front-of-House Leader to support restaurant operations and coach team members toward delivering exceptional Guest experiences. You will help maintain standards and assist management to ensure smooth service and effective communication across teams.

The role emphasizes a whatever-it-takes attitude, daily quality checks, and collaboration with marketing, training, and purchasing activities to maintain Bloomin' Brands' service and food standards.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
