Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a proactive front-of-house leader to support the management team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes maintaining restaurant standards, coaching teammates, and coordinating effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Previously held positions of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
