Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is looking for a front-of-house leader to support management and team members in delivering an AUSS-SOME experience. You will help maintain restaurant standards, foster positive Guest and team experiences, and ensure effective internal communication with a proactive, “whatever it takes” attitude.

Responsibilities include maintaining employment quality, conducting pre-opening checks, reviewing staffing, coaching staff, performing table checks, and participating in events,

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
