Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in the United States seeks a Key Front-of-House Leader to support the management team, uphold quality standards, and ensure an exceptional Guest and team experience.

Under direct supervision, you will conduct pre-opening quality checks, review staffing, coach staff in customer service, and participate in events, training, and financial activities. Compensation varies by location; medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: previous leadership experience in a restaurant.
• Preferred: prior front-of-house leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
