RitterTech, an MCE Company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Bolingbrook, IL to grow a portfolio of fluid power products including hydraulics, pneumatics, hose, fittings, and related Parker Hannifin solutions. You will develop new accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and serve as a trusted technical resource to keep customer operations running smoothly.

This role emphasizes self-motivation, technical acumen, and a customer-facing approach with real earning potential

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in fluid power, industrial distribution, or a related technical field.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, hose, fittings, or related fluid power products.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with strength in customer presentations and relationship building.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and collaborate within a team.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Office 365; CRM experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Establish and grow relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and develop plans to expand revenue.
• Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and stay ahead of the competition.
• Research local markets to identify sales opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Sell a broad range of fluid power products including hydraulics, pneumatics, hose, fittings, tubing, and couplings.
• Provide strategic product recommendations, pricing, and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver presentations highlighting features and benefits of products and solutions.
• Work with OEMs, engineering, and technical staff to clarify needs and develop specifications.
• Build understanding of customers' core business and profit drivers to position solutions.
