RitterTech ParkerStore in Pewaukee, WI, is hiring a Store Associate to help customers select hoses, fittings, and fluid power products for industrial applications. You will assemble hoses, quote orders, manage inventory in Profit 21, and support field visits with the team.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to grow product knowledge in fluid power.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; learn Profit 21 and CRM.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds in warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Assist walk-in, email, and phone customers with hoses, fittings, and accessories.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Coordinate with store manager, outside sales, and manufacturers; visit sites as needed.
• Follow up on quotes and orders by phone, email, or in person.
• Log activities and opportunities in CRM; promote store to customers.
