Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, lead training, and keep shelves replenished to keep the guest experience strong.

You’ll collaborate with the team to drive Floorset execution, stock movement, and merchandising updates while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates
• Coach Floorset team and set productivity goals
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and stockroom
• Drive replenishment to keep products guest-ready
