Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader. You will help ensure the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and execute Floorsets, while driving replenishment and updates to merchandising strategy.

You will lead and train the Floorset team, focus on guest experience, and promote a culture of teamwork and recognition. The role emphasizes integrity, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivering outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Maintain day-to-day merchandising, inventory and replenishment with a proactive mindset.
• Help ensure store brand standards are understood and followed by the team.
