Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our team as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader.

You will ensure the store remains aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards, execute Floorsets, and manage merchandising updates to keep the guest experience at its best. You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productive floorset execution, replenish inventory, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising passion with attention to Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through coaching and clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment with proactive planning.
• Foster teamwork to maintain guest-focused store standards and recognition.

Responsibilities
