American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and optimize replenishment to keep the guest experience strong.

You will identify merchandising opportunities, manage displays, and maintain store standards while fostering a collaborative, guest-focused environment that aligns with the #getthejobdone spirit.
